Wow! 1 sem of IB went waaayyy too quickly and not in a good way!
First mocks were downright horrible as I did badly (in the few subjects I knw my marks of, I can say that even in the stuff I was confident in I did badly) :( :(
The first IA(internal assessment piece is in English due by the end of week 3 sem 2 (1 month away approx) It is a 15 mins long oral presentation of which I have done 5 mins! Happy about what I have done so far. I am definitely improving in my English assignments.
Done 105 hours of CAS so that is well underway and once again I am going to be doing the 40 hour famine! For international day our performance has been completely choreographed but getting costumes is not working.
We are now also performing in assembly on Jai Ho!! done almost half of that but need to meet again for a couple of hours to finish that off. A surprise is in store for that performance ;) :D
For International day, my group has also been given the job of making an interesting video which is hard in terms of ideas of what to put in it that wont be a repeat of stuff happening afterwards, plus my homegroup has been given 'India' so I have a full-on schedule for International Day!! The number of Hours I will get is bound to skyrocket.
This is so much exciting that I can't wait!! :D
Holidays have been just lazying around or ATTEMPTING to do Hindi and English homework...both of which involve a lot to do. Still have no idea of what to do for my EE but doing it in Chem is out of the option...sigh.
Dunno what more to this will be BYE for now.

Looking back, my grammar is HORRENDOUS.
ReplyDeleteAnd we did the Jai Ho dance but not one that my friends and I choreographed...one that we got taught and performed in the Adelaide Convention Center. So the surprise wasn't there :/ Still fun though! We also ended up getting Thailand, India got given to homegroup 12.12 but that's cool, I couldn't have managed to organise that as well as other stuff. And the day was legit one of the best in my life and I wouldn't want to change it. :)
