Every year the year gets shorter

I feel like I've had a bit of a revelation - kind of. 

Yesterday was the last day of lessons for my first year at uni. This year has passed in the blink of the eye. Everything has gone really quickly, the quickest ever. In fact every year seems to go by quicker than the last.

This year, not a single week felt like it was going too slowly - all the uni weeks flew by, assignment after assignment the days merged into one. 

Now it has been a year and thinking ahead, I only really have 3 more years to break out of my cocoon and fly away a fully formed butterfly ready to take on the world by storm. 

I need to make the most of every single day and opportunity. And so do you. 

I can't wait around for years - things just need to start and end, and repeat.
